The last 2 books that I have purchased through Amazon have been disappointing to say the least. This particular book was suppose to be new, it was not, you could tell it was used and not even wrapped! DISAPPOINTING, considering it was purchased as NEW!!! The one before this had a broken binding and nothing was ever done about that, the company apologised but then disappeared when it came time to discount a book for my next class for the trouble. Amazon used to be good but now.....remains to be seen. I am an Amazon prime member and seriously thinking about correcting that!

This text is not one of the most interesting books I've ever read. However, it is one of the most well-cited and well researched books I have come across during my work on a psychology degree. There is hardly a fact or statement in the book that is not clearly cited. The information is a little dense, and very dryly presented but it is worthwhile overall.
