Understanding and Treating Panic Disorder: Cognitive-Behavioural Approaches

As a clinical psychologist working with psychiatric problems, like panic disorder, I've found this book as very comprehensive book upon the panic problems. It can help us to understand the multidimensional aspects of panic problems, and give good advice on treating it.

This book is great for people who already know what panic disorder is; it does not say a lot about the diagnostic criteria for it. It does, however, give a great deal of information about treating panic disorder by itself, with comorbid conditions, in different populations, ect. It was very easy to understand and written in a way that keeps readers' attention. I would highly recommend this book!
